On March 8, 2024, International Women's Day, the "2024 China-Chile Business, Technology and Innovation Women Entrepreneurs Leaders Seminar and 'March 8' Festival Celebration and Exchange Event" was grandly held in Beijing, under the guidance of the Embassy of the Republic of Chile in China and the Women's Federation of Haidian District, Beijing, China, and co-organized by the Haidian District Women Entrepreneurs Association of Beijing and the Chilean Women Entrepreneurs Association.

The conference focused on the leadership development and cooperation opportunities of women in business, technology and innovation. Women entrepreneurs, industry experts and relevant institutions from China and Chile gathered together to conduct in-depth exchanges and dialogues on topics such as international cooperation, women's empowerment, and corporate innovation.
